Annual Maintenance Plan
Your point of sale system is a vital part of your business. Having a well maintained system will lower the chance of an unexpected interruption and may extend its normal life expectancy of 3-5 years.
Our annual maintenance plan includes:
- Thorough inspection of all hardware components.
- Vacuuming of all computer and printer hardware.
- High pressure dry air dust removal from fans, power supply, cpu etc.
- External cleaning of all hardware.
- Review and tuning of operating system and POS software.
- Download, install Windows OS updates (internet connection required).
- Inspect wiring to ensure proper and secure connections.
- Test all hardware and software for correct operation.
- Emailed report documenting work performed and any possible issues that need to be looked at.
- Priority call service when something does go wrong.
- Access to our private 24 hour service phone number.
